The start-up competition \u201cIgnite techdays\u201d is a short, high-visibility pitch format in which the audience votes live to choose the winner. In total, three nominated start-ups presented their solutions for the future of retail. 65% of attendees voted for AIPERIA.     <\/p>\n\n<p>At the heart of the talk was our intelligent in-store assistant, an optional add-on module that supports staff directly on the shop floor. The AI analyses demand in real time and plans precisely which bakery items the store needs now and in the coming hours. This keeps shelves freshly stocked while consigning excess production to the past. In addition, the system calculates optimal baking schedules based on the ovens available and the baking programmes in use &#8211; ensuring freshness, availability and efficiency work hand in hand.
