To provide an online appointment booking function, we use the services of the following provider: Calendly, LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA
For the purpose of scheduling appointments, first and last names as well as email addresses (and possibly the phone number if a phone appointment is desired) are collected in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and are transmitted to the provider based on our legitimate interest in effective customer management and efficient appointment management in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, and stored there for appointment organisation purposes.
After holding the appointment or after the agreed appointment period has expired, your data will be deleted by the provider.
We have concluded an order processing contract with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors’ data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider is affiliated with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level based on a European Commission adequacy decision.
4.2 Hubspot
To provide an online appointment booking function, we use the services of the following provider: HubSpot Ireland Ltd., 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form or email), personal data are collected. The data collected when using a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration.
The legal basis for processing these data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
Comment Function
When using the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information on the time the comment was created and the chosen commenter name will be stored and published on the website. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and stored. This storage of the IP address is for security reasons and in the event that the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content through a comment. We need your email address to contact you if a third party objects to your published content as unlawful.
The legal bases for storing your data are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are claimed to be unlawful by third parties.
Use of Customer Data for Direct Advertising
Signing Up for Our Email Newsletter
If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will not send you an email newsletter until you have expressly confirmed that you consent to the receipt of newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future by clicking on a link.

When registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to trace possible misuse of your email address at a later time. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter are used exclusively for advertising purposes via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by notifying the responsible party mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
Web Analysis Services
7.1 Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), which allows us to analyse the use of our website.
By default, when you visit the website, cookies are set by Google (Universal) Analytics, which are small text blocks stored on your device and collect certain information.
