May I introduce: ADA.
The first digital assistant for planning in bakeries. ADA answers questions about returns, availability and forecasts right inside the AIPERIA app, and prepares the matching changes on request. In dialogue, with figures instead of gut feeling.
“Where the analysis alone would easily have taken me two hours, with ADA I had the right planning adjustment in place within a quarter of an hour.”

“For me, ADA’s greatest potential lies in giving intuitive access to planning. You need neither special prior knowledge nor experience with AI tools: you simply say in your own words what you want to know or change.”
This is what a working day with ADA looks like. Keep scrolling, the conversation starts.
| Store | Return rate | Quantity (units) |
|---|---|---|
| Am Rathaus | 24,1 % | 42 |
| Müllerstraße | 13,6 % | 16 |
| Gartenstadt | 13,1 % | 12 |
| Süd | 12,8 % | 14 |
| Westend | 12,2 % | 11 |
| Nordpark | 11,9 % | 12 |
| Marktplatz | 11,4 % | 13 |
| Lindenallee | 10,8 % | 9 |
| Mitte | 10,3 % | 11 |
| Hauptbahnhof | 9,7 % | 13 |
I notice that the Am Rathaus store has an unusually high return rate. Would you like to adjust the order quantity?
From question to decision in seconds. And that is only the beginning.
More than a chatbot
Questions instead of clicks
Instead of working your way through menus and reports, you ask in your own words, typed or spoken. ADA answers your questions and prepares the changes.
Store by store, not in general terms
Returns, availability or forecasts: ADA answers operational questions for individual stores and products.
Context instead of guesswork
ADA does not just deliver figures, she explains what lies behind them. Anomalies, trends and possible causes are presented in plain language.
Spot it early instead of reacting late
On request, ADA surfaces outliers, low performers and unusual developments. That way you see where action is needed before it turns into a bigger problem.
Evidenced, not asserted
ADA answers on the basis of your real operational data and shows openly which period and which data source she is drawing on. Checking the maths is expressly welcome.
Approve instead of fill in
ADA pre-fills forms and settings for you, including for several products or stores at once. You review the result and decide what gets saved.
What you can ask ADA
Check returns
Understand order proposals
Find stock-outs
Adjust quantities
Set targets
Export figures

We introduce ADA: with a look inside the app and with real customers who describe how ADA supports them in their daily planning. Afterwards we answer your questions.
