Florian Strecker has spent his life in retail and selling complex software solutions to the retail industry in Central and Eastern Europe. The focus has always been on the use of artificial intelligence to make retail processes more efficient. He was instrumental in the successful development of sales at Revionics, RELEX and Retail Insights.
AIPERIA’s AI-based software is also aimed at retailers. The company specializes in sustainable demand planning for fresh food and enables an innovative and efficient planning process to increase sales and reduce food waste.
“What immediately fascinated me about AIPERIA was its success story in the bakery industry. Bread and baked goods with an extremely short shelf life are very difficult to forecast and plan. If you can do that, you can also master all other areas of freshness. That’s why I’m looking forward to my new role and helping AIPERIA to expand into new product ranges and markets,” says Florian Strecker.
