We are delighted to have achieved such great results together with the Weber wholesale bakery in Königshofen! AIPERIA has been in use at the wholesale bakery since 2021, and the results are impressive. The rate of returns from self-service stations in food retail fell from 30% to around 25%, while sales per day increased by 45%! Bakery manager Tilmann Weber can conveniently monitor all important data from his laptop, from sales figures to the returns rate.
Our technology enables flexible and precise planning, which is essential in the fluctuating world of baked goods. Our AI solution is now in use in over 2,600 stores in Germany and Austria, and we are proud that our technology helps to operate more sustainably and profitably.
