We are delighted that we were able to achieve such great results together with the Weber wholesale bakery in Königshofen! AIPERIA has been in use at the industrial bakery since 2021 – and the results are impressive. The rate of returns from self-service stations in the food retail sector fell from 30% to around 25%, while sales per day increased by 45%! Bakery manager Tilmann Weber can conveniently monitor all important data from his laptop – from sales figures to the returns rate. Our technology enables flexible and precise planning, which is essential in the fluctuating world of baked goods. A big thank you at this point to the Weber bakery for their cooperation and trust! Our AI solution is now in use in over 2,600 stores in Germany and Austria and we are proud that our technology is helping to operate more sustainably and profitably.
